Born in Poland, Janusz studied acting at LART, Acting Studio in Cracow. He followed his interests studying theatre at the State Theatre Academy in Warsaw and experimental theatre at the Academy of Experimental Theatre OPT in Gardzienice. After moving to UK Janusz studied acting at Birmingham School of Acting and graduated with HE Dip in Acting (2006).

He has toured theatres in Poland in plays ranging from educational ones, contemporary texts, fairy tales; this includes seven years of co-operation with 'Teatr Akt' from Warsaw - outdoor shows with the use of masks, theatre machines, stilts, mime techniques and experimental movement approach, his one-man show ‘Amok’, ‘The Clown' in collaboration with Marek Kowalski, ‘The Mirror’ with Bretoncaffe Theatre and his own touring theatre company.

Further professional credits after moving to UK include Jan in BBC 4 radio play How to Remember the Dead, Andrzej (lead) in Mushroom by Storytellers Theatre Company Ireland; Peter in Over and Out, Lane Productions, Ireland; several short films (This is London, A Day with No Tomorrow), and feature films (Faraway, An Bronntanas, 90 Minutes, Three Seconds). Janusz is also active on the voice over field and has taken part in many recordings. His professional interests are currently connected mainly with screen and TV acting.
