Jamie Oliphant is an Actor and Comedian. He has also written, produced and acted in two short films - one of which won the 19-25 category at the Flipside Film Awards and was shown at the BFI on Southbank. Acting work includes Still Open All Hours (BBC) as well as multiple short films. He studied Drama at the University of Exeter (where he was picked as ‘one to watch’ by Sir Nicholas Hytner after watching his performance in ‘Citizenship’) while frequently leaning towards comedy, he also took on some more dramatic roles and has a natural ear for accents. As a stand up comedian he has received 5* reviews for his debut Edinburgh show ‘The Oliphant In The Room’ which he later took to Soho Theatre for a sold out performance.
