David found his love of acting in youth theatre and went on to train at the Central School of Speech & Drama graduating with a BA (Hons) acting. He has been a professional actor since and is a very versatile character actor, working across TV, film theatre and radio. David’s numerous TV roles include Doctors, Casualty, Soldier Soldier, Family Man & children’s TV shows, Playground and the 4 O’clock Club. He is also known for his roles in the movies Green Street and Starfish and has been in a number of commercials including BT, Vodafone and Belvita. David has worked extensively in theatre. Theatre credits include three years with the Royal Shakespeare Company, a world tour with Cheek by Jowl, the National Theatre and the Old Vic. He has worked extensively abroad, including America and Europe. David has a good American accent and can speak with many English regional accents, he is trained in martial arts and stilt walking and is able to take on roles that are physically demanding.
