Chakira Alin is an actor and writer who graduated in 2022 from the University of Cambridge, where she was a member of the internationally renowned Cambridge Footlights comedy troupe. Her debut play, Heroes, won the 2021 Mustapha Matura Award and Marlowe Other Prize and enjoyed a run at the 2022 Edinburgh Fringe Festival. She has just finished performing across the USA in the Footlights International Tour Show 2022: Are We There Yet? Chakira is also an enthusiastic guitarist and singer-songwriter.
